What We Do
Website Posts (Blog)
Search engines – like Google – are constantly crawling the web, analyzing websites, looking for changes in content, scraping new content, and saving all of that data to decide what content to serve when users search the web.
Adding new content on a regular basis signals to Google that your website (and, by extension, your business) is active, relevant, and therefore more ‘valuable’ than other websites in your space. Think about it like this: If you want to invest in great performing stocks that are currently undervalued, would you rather read recommendations from an article published 10 years ago, or an article published last week? To Google, the same principle applies across all industries.
By adding relevant and meaningful content to your website (via a blog) on a regular basis, you tell Google that your website is more valuable to Google’s users than your competitors, which helps you to rank better in Google’s search algorithms. Additionally, with more blog posts, you have more “entry points” for Google to serve up, so customers can find you easier.
All around, more content, published regularly, gives search engines (i.e. Google) more reason to put your business in front of users who are searching for your content. That, in turn, leads to more customers and helps your business to scale.
Social Posts (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Social platforms, like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram, have an incredibly active user base. Few things are as effective at putting content in front of users as actively posting on social channels. In some ways, social channels are even more effective at putting your content in front of users than search engines like Google because the user doesn’t have to actively try to find your content… the social algorithm just serves it up in the user’s feed.
Social channel algorithms tend to favor active channels in a similar way to search engines. When your social channels have active and regular updates, the social channel puts your content in front of users who interact with content like yours. This helps to keep your business relevant and toward the front of content feeds for users who are more likely to show interest or need in your service.
Additionally, when your social channels are stale, users recognize that inactivity and wonder if the business is still active. If, for example, your last Facebook post was from 9 months ago, users will (consciously or subconsciously) associate that with an inactive or “less legitimate” business. After all, if your business was successful and thriving, you would have someone assigned to that duty, right?
Fortunately, that’s what we’re here for.
Short Form Videos (YouTube Shorts)
According to Hootsuite, YouTube is the 2nd most visited website in the world with over 79 billion annual visits and over a billion hours of content consumed every single day. The impact is massive. Additionally, YouTube Shorts has more than 70 billion daily views. Adding short form video content for your brand is an effective way to get eyes on your business and promote services that you offer for end consumers.
Furthermore, converting blog or social posts into short form video content helps to reinforce your website in the eyes of Google. Each of these content creation methods is designed to help you rank better with Google organically over time. This lets you reduce your ad spend for general branding and reap the rewards for years to come.
